10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 5–7 business days after processing, depending on the delivery location and courier service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. 11. Refunds, Returns, Replacements and Cancellations

Refunds, returns, replacements, and order cancellations are strictly governed by our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy. Key rules include:

Transit Damage/Missing Items: Must be reported with photo/video evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
Product Quality Issues: Must be reported within 10 days of delivery alongside batch details.
Opened Food Products: Strictly non-returnable due to food safety and hygiene, unless a verified manufacturing defect is established.

12. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placement or before dispatch notification, whichever comes first, by emailing inamani@zohomail.in with your order number. A cancellation request is effective only after it has been confirmed by KMSV Aanandam Food Products. Once an order has been dispatched or a shipping label generated, cancellation is no longer possible.
